ok so i weigh 169 and im 5ft. 11inch. the problem that i am having is should i lose weight or build muscle. witch one should i do first and how do i go about doing it. is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? can someone please give me some tips like what to eat and how to work out. and im very weak i can only do 5 push-ups at a time16 year old needs advice on losing weight and building muscle?
