Is it a flying model or a standing model?

Plastic, Wood, or ?

There should be instructions with your kit (assumed).

They should give you ideas to answer your questions, which subassemblies to do first, etc.

The dealer who sold you the kit might be prepared to answer our questions.

Military aircraft did not have ';seams'; like commercial aircraft. The camouflage was designed to break up visual lines so painting can be done after assembly. Paint before the decals go on. After decals are thoroughly dry I would recommend a product called ';Dullcote'; - (for plastic models only wood models use a coating called ';dope'; which tightens paper covers on wood frame models.) a thin application will seal the decals on and provide a ';flat'; appearance to the paint job that resembles light weathering. Thes products - non-water based paints or sealers, such as ';dope'; or Dullcote should only be used in a well-ventilated place; I would recommend in a sheltered area outside the house.
