Whats some good advice on building muscle?

This year I am going to run cross country and then later do track and field. I'm 5'5'; and 145 pounds but I think I am going to lose a lot of weight running so much. I know that it is easier to make muscles out of fat then nothing. What are exercises I can do. I want big pecs, a six pack, and medium arms. I don't have access to a gym but have weights and things like that. thanks!Whats some good advice on building muscle?
muscle is built from protein not fat. increase your protein intake if your trying to build muscle. if you dont want big muscles just do pushups, pullups, situps, etc.Whats some good advice on building muscle?
go to the gym 3 times a week. make a routine. i weightlift too, but at my gym theres a scheduled routine u can do, but sumtimes i ask the guys around me for help.
