and with my specification i have worked out i need 700w PSU.PC Building Advice ?
You would need to see how many pins the motherboard connector needs. It should be either 20 or 24, but some Antec power supplies like the Smart Power 2.0 I use, have both connectors. If you do not need the extra 4 pins, you can detach it from the main cable. You also want to make sure it is an ATX power supply.

Check this one out. It is an 850w though. I couldnt find a 700w on newegg.com, but this should give you some idea.

You have to make sure the power supply has a 24 pin connector.
It depends on the type of motherboard you bought, go read through the motherboard's manual about power supply requirements.
The power supply needed will depend on what devices you plan to add to this computer. If you are just adding a DVD drive and a graphics card, a 500 will suffice. If you plan to add external drives, two or more DVD/CD's, etc., you might go for a bigger power supply. Most power supplies now have the 20/24 pin connector, but that's something to check before buying. Good Luck
ok so u need a atx psu if ur dualing video cards get a 850w o and if you need anymore help email me
