Please need muscle building advice?

I wanna work out all my muscle parts. So far i got day 1, legs, biceps and back. Day2 i got triceps, shoulders, chest. And both days i am doing abs sometimes. Is this good, how can i make it easier and better?Please need muscle building advice?
generally speaking, you want to work out a muscle group, then let it recover 48 to 72 hrs.





You also don't want to overtrain, so you working your legs, which is a major muscle group and back which is your major muscle group, is probably not a great idea to build muscle. You are working your two largest muscle groups in the same day.





Try this.





Day 1- Legs, including hamstring and calves, Abs





Day 2- Chest and triceps, Cardio





Day 3- Back and biceps, Abs





Day 4, Shoulders, forearms, Cardio





Rest Day (abs)





Repeat Cycle





2 Rest Days





Repeat Cycle





1 Rest day





Etc, Etc,
