i believe that good body is very necessary, on condition normal weight

weight training is a great idea, it will make you stronger, strengthen bones, slim you down. check out body for life on the web. you will see amazing transformation for 50-60 year olds. they all have better bodies than 20 year olds.
sure, never to old to hit the weights. Lotta older guys do it. Exercising cnan help slow down the aging process.
